Imagination to Reality

James Cameron the famous director of Terminator, Titanic & Avatar talk about his curiosities as a boy growing up, he founded he loved science fiction that he was exploring and experiencing these fantasy worlds in the safety of his own home and not actually being out there. Later on, his thrill of discovery took him in the direction of directing, being able to create these amazing worlds and creatures. Being able to tell a story of fascination and share it with the world.  He undertook the movie Titanic cause he really wanted to explore the wreck of the titantic, he proposed to the studios the movie of a modern day Romeo and Juliet and the studio took his idea. His imagination and curiosity worked together and he made it into an reality to be able to get his exploration tour funded for him to see the wreck up close and personal. He had the moments of actively, in-person being part of an adventure in an unknown world of the deep sea. Saw many different species of animals and plants that looked totally alien and spectular to be there not behind a screen, or vitually or imagining an alien planet. He learned that from working with all his crew members that it is important to be travel through life without fear.  Failure is an option but fear is not. Looking at all the art and science around us in the world, those people took a leap of faith to make imagination manifest into reality.  His advice to all thsoe he have worked with is to never put limitations on yourself, take risks. Go into unchartered territories and explore.   Just like he had explored into the deep seas and done many hours of scuba diving; one of his many dreams as a child but was not able to attain being that he lived in Canada and was far from the ocean. Stretching farthur, James will to explor more, took him to be actively participate and help out with Nasa and other space exploration groups.

Lessons Learned: Imagination manifest into Reality. Respect of your team. Advice, dont put limitations on yourself, take risks.   Failure is not an option. In art & science, it takes leap of faith.    Failure is an option but fear is not.

start with some inspiration

We all can relate through those moments in life where we graduate from school, get hired for the job we all want. The lows of a break-up, a loved one suffering or the disasters and wars happening all around us. Through this there is one local that has caught international acclaim on the WorldWideWeb.

Neil Pasricha from Ontario, Canada.   He used the power of blogging to show himself that there are simple little joys in life that bring optimism into every day we live.

He did not anticipate that there would be a steady and rapid growth in the hundreds and thousands of readers he has on his blog to reach the peaks of MILLIONS.  Suddenly, he was receiving 2 Webby Awards which is considered to the highest honor, it is the similar to the Oscars for the movies.  On top of those achievements he wrote books, The Book is Awesome which became a #1 International Bestseller.

I am excited to that there are people out there with a positive view outlook of the world, it is surely inspiring since we are surrounded with a lot negativity from the violence, natural disasters and the mind-numbing shallow views of people.  Finding the small and simple joys of everyday life, is something that I personally have done, every once in a while.  This is motivating for all of us to be able to see the best and good things in life.   Being able to pull yourself up and going down the drain with the negativity in life.

These are the 3 A's that are:

Attitude- After all all the bad news, grieving and choosing to look forward to the future.

Awareness-Children-seeing the world like its the first time. Taken in the appreciation in the moments and experiences you have live through your first time.

Authentic-Being true and real to yourself. From whatever you say and choose to do. Make sure its from your heart. Following your heart you will feel like your doing what you love and passionate about.

Hundred of Birds poisoned by USDA

Strange happenings in the United States of America. Been hearing numerous reports hundreds of birds in different reports were dropping dead from the sky.  The reasons were scattered into mystery until now.

In the article that i had read today on January 24, 2010 from the front pages of Yahoo!   The mystery has been solved.

The USDA (United States Department of Agruiculture) used poisons to kill off 200 starlings that were causing eating the cattle feed and leaving waste on the feed and farm equipment.

In my opinion, this sounds like a very unethical strategy implemented that is surposedly used regularly. Whenever situations arised, the use of the chemical DRC 1339 is used as a last resort. This was explained by USDA wildlife biologist Ricky Woods.

There must be other options before sending orders to send out the execution squad to poison birds or any groups of animals.

Yes, i can see that the use of chemical may be most costs affective way of dealing with any group of animals, but there must be other alternatives used before poisoning and killing animals off. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/hundreds-south-dakota-dead-birds-poisoned-usda-20110120-145454-240.html
